Mr. Venegoni's practice focuses on general civil litigation in federal and state court.  He represents both businesses and individuals in matters ranging from motor vehicle and tractor-trailer accidents, cargo and Carmack Amendment claims, collections, contract disputes and negotiations, employment law, and construction law cases.  Mr. Venegoni also has extensive experience in construction lien law matters.
